The information that is being provided at the time of registering to the web site / booking should be accurate.
It is mandatory for the devotees to strictly adhere to the code of conduct of Prasanthi Nilayam Ashram during their stay. The Trust reserves right to cancel/modify user bookings in case any violation of discipline is observed.
The lead member who is making a reservation should be present at the specified check-in time to the room, with all the necessary documents, without which the reservation stands cancelled. The booked room will not be provided to any other person carrying the acknowledgement. The photo of the lead member uploaded during the registration must be proper, failing which the reservation stands cancelled.
The online room reservation facility is currently being extended only to families or groups of related members as defined in the website during reservation. Any discrepancy found during check in may lead to cancellation of the reservation.The term 'accompanying member' refers to the persons who will be accompanying you, the lead booking user, during check-in. Currently, accommodation is allowed only for family members and the list of family relationships that are allowed as accompanying members are displayed to the user prior to booking. Visitors stated as accompanying members during booking should be the same as those during check-in. Any violation of this will lead to cancellation of your booking and refunds will not be entertained in such cases. We do not allow single person to book or check-in. If you have booked stating another person as accompanying member, but arrive alone, you will not be allowed to check-in.
The duration of online reservation, at present, is for a period of 2 days only. Any extension of stay may be provided in a different room subject to availability in Prasanthi Nilayam.
If there is any misinformation provided by the users, leading to non-compliance of statutory requirements by the Trust, the user is responsible for such misinformation.
USERNAME AND PASSWORD: You are responsible for the security and all use of the Portal made using your username and password. If you believe there has been a breach of security of your username and password, such as theft or unauthorized use, you are liable to take all reasonable steps so as to set right or fix the breach.Any repeated actions by the user that indicate an abuse of the portal's features will lead to disabling of the user-id and inability to register again.
Termination: We reserve the right in our sole discretion to terminate or restrict your use of the Portal, for any or no reason, and without notice, obligation or liability to you or any other person.

Without limitation, any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand is prohibited. Any repeated actions by the user that indicate an abuse of the portal's usage will lead to disabling of the user-id and inability to register again.
Photography inside the ashram is strictly prohibited.
There is no cancellation / refunds facility at the moment. No money shall be refunded in the event of not honoring the reservation for any reasons whatsoever. Rescheduling shall not be done in any case after confirmation.
